"Pat Whaley State is the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. All Her and state want to do is raise your rates for no reason and if you do the monthly bill payment beware they will steal your money. Pat Whaley will not call you back with quotes or anything. I have been a member of State Farm for 30 plus year and they don’t Carr about custome loyalty I have never had a claim with them but they don’t care to just keep raising your rates. I had boat insurance with State Farm and vehicle insurance and Pat Whaley and state rates where double the amount and the stupid part for me is I failed to check to make sure I was getting the best deal and when I did check around I realized my rates went down half from what I was paying. Pat Whaley promised to mail me a refund check well it has been 3 weeks and no check that is another way she and State Farm steak your money. Please beware I guess State Farm is stealing your money to fund there bank and fund and keep making the agent super rich also."
